  • Garlic1 unit(s)
  • Onion1 unit(s)
  • Olive oil1 tablespoon
  • Salt and Black Pepper to taste
  • Diced Bacon1 cup
  • Chives to taste
  1. Sauté the garlic and onion in olive oil until wilted, add the manioc and seasonings and cover with water.
  2. Cook over low heat until the cassava is very soft.
  3. Blend everything in a blender and return to the pan until thickened.
  4. In a skillet, fry the bacon in the oil that it releases until golden brown.
  5. Serve the cream very hot, finish with the bacon and chives.
