  • Green Smell1/2 cup
  • Letter Noodles250 g
  • Onion1 cup
  • Oil3 tablespoon
  • Bovine Muscle400 g
  • Vegetable broth1 unit(s)
  • Water1 l
  • Chopped Zucchini1 cup
  • Chopped Carrots1 cup
  • Chopped Potato1 cup
  • Chopped tomato2 unit(s)
  • Salt to taste
  1. Heat oil in a pressure cooker and fry the cubes of meat.
  2. When growing the onion, fry well and season with the sachet of vegetable broth.
  3. Add 500 ml of boiling water, cover the pan and cook for 20 minutes on low heat or until the meat is tender.
  4. Add the remaining ingredients, let it cook for five minutes after it starts to boil, then add the pasta.
  5. Cook for another two minutes, season with salt and pepper to taste, add the parsley and serve hot.
