- Palm oil3 tablespoon
- Cumin1 teaspoon
- Coriander seeds1 teaspoon
- Zucchini1 unit(s)
- Pumpkin1 unit(s)
- Sweet potato1 unit(s)
- Chayote1 unit(s)
- Blonde1 unit(s)
- Chives to taste
- Coriander to taste
- Black pepper1 teaspoon
- Salt3 teaspoon
- Chestnut cream1 tablespoon
- Chop the onion and garlic.
- Pile the seasonings with the help of a pestle.
- Add the palm oil in a pan.
- Sauté the onion with the bay leaf, cumin and coriander in grains.
- Then add the lentils.
- Put the chayote, pumpkin, zucchini and sweet potato.
- Cover with hot water and leave half open.
- After about 15 minutes add a teaspoon of salt.
- Let it cook for another 10 minutes.
- Chop the chives and cilantro.
- Add black pepper and 2 more teaspoons of salt.
- To finish, two teaspoons of palm oil, chives and coriander.
- For the cashew nut cream, soak it and mix it with water and salt.
