  • Lentil2 cup
  • Palm oil3 tablespoon
  • Cumin1 teaspoon
  • Coriander seeds1 teaspoon
  • Zucchini1 unit(s)
  • Pumpkin1 unit(s)
  • Sweet potato1 unit(s)
  • Chayote1 unit(s)
  • Blonde1 unit(s)
  • Chives to taste
  • Coriander to taste
  • Black pepper1 teaspoon
  • Salt3 teaspoon
  • Chestnut cream1 tablespoon
  1. Chop the onion and garlic.
  2. Pile the seasonings with the help of a pestle.
  3. Add the palm oil in a pan.
  4. Sauté the onion with the bay leaf, cumin and coriander in grains.
  5. Then add the lentils.
  6. Put the chayote, pumpkin, zucchini and sweet potato.
  7. Cover with hot water and leave half open.
  8. After about 15 minutes add a teaspoon of salt.
  9. Let it cook for another 10 minutes.
  10. Chop the chives and cilantro.
  11. Add black pepper and 2 more teaspoons of salt.
  12. To finish, two teaspoons of palm oil, chives and coriander.
  13. For the cashew nut cream, soak it and mix it with water and salt.
