  • Oil1 tablespoon
  • Chopped Onion1/2 unit(s)
  • Minced garlic3 unit(s)
  • Calabre sausage cut into cubes1 unit(s)
  • Diced Bacon1 unit(s)
  • Chopped Carrots1 unit(s)
  • Ribs in strips1 unit(s)
  • Salt1 tablespoon
  • Boiling water (1 and a half)1 l
  1. In a pressure cooker, heat the oil and fry the sausage, bacon and ribs. When everything is well fried, add the onion and garlic and brown well.
  2. Add the chopped carrots, the chopped potatoes and the lentils to the boiling water, stir well and cover the pressure cooker.
  3. Let it cook for about 25 minutes after getting pressure.
  4. Turn off the heat, let the pressure release, open the pan, stir well and place in a tureen.
