- Pepperoni400 g
- Yellow and red peppers to taste
- Tomato to taste
- Garlic to taste
- Turmeric Powder to taste
- Bay leaf to taste

- Soak the lentils overnight, the next day wash until the water runs clear and place in a pressure cooker for 20 minutes, season with 3 bay leaves, saffron and vegetable seasoning. Cook and reserve. Peel the sweet potato, cut into slices for faster cooking. Cook for 20 minutes and set aside. When the lentil and sweet potato cool, potato in a blender and set aside. Cut the pepperoni into slices, season with garlic, onion, tomato, pepper and saffron. When the onion becomes translucent, add the lentil and sweet potato broth. Cook for another 15 minutes and enjoy.
