  • Beef Acet1 kg
  • Cassava500 g
  • Parsley to taste
  • Chives to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Beef broth to taste
  • Boiling water3 cup
  1. Put the onion oil
  2. and the garlic
  3. saute well
  4. Then add the meat
  5. Let it all together
  6. then add the water
  7. add the spices
  8. And cook for 40 minutes
  9. on high heat
  10. After 40 minutes
  11. open the pot
  12. And put the cassava
  13. Cook for another 20 minutes
  14. then finish
  15. with parsley
  16. Also with chives
  17. and pepper
