  • Pepperoni1 unit(s)
  • Small onion, diced1 unit(s)
  • Small bell pepper cut into cubes1 unit(s)
  • Garlic Clove2 unit(s)
  • Cabbage leaf cut into strips6 unit(s)
  • Salt to taste
  • Color to taste
  • Smoked paprika to taste
  • Earth Saffron to taste
  • Chimichurri to taste
  1. Cook the cassava in the pressure cooker for approximately 15 minutes, it all depends on the cassava used. After cooking, hit the blender, until it turns into a cream. Then just book.
  2. In a deep pan, add the pepperoni to fry. Then add the garlic, onion, peppers, green corn and shredded chicken. Let the ingredients sauté well and add the dry seasonings, all of your preference.
  3. When all the ingredients are well incorporated, add the manioc cream, which was beaten in the blender. Let it get all the flavor, stirring well so it doesn't stick to the bottom and put the chopped cabbage.
  4. It is a very tasty broth, can be accompanied by bread and even rice.
