Recipe
- Cook the cassava, and with the cassava water, hit the blender until it reaches the point of your taste, I make it thicker, in a pan put a little oil or olive oil, I used pork butter, fry the onions in cubes the of your preference, put together the chicken stock and garlic, then add the ground beef after it is ready, put the beaten cassava, corn, and the salt when it starts to boil, put the green smell and the saffron let it cool one more little and it's ready.
