- pepperoni cut into cubes1 unit(s)

- yam300 g
- salt1 to taste
- black pepper1 to taste
- cumin1 to taste
- pepperoni pepper1 to taste

- In a pressure cooker, place the yams, and half a liter of water, along with the bacon broth and let it cook under pressure for 20 minutes. In another pan, put the oil, garlic, onion and let it fry until the onion is soft
- Add the chopped bacon and pepperoni and sauté until golden. After cooking the yam in the pressure cooker, hit the blender.
- After the pepperoni and bacon are golden, add the pepper and let it sauté. Throw in the yam broth and add the ground black pepper, cumin, pepperoni and salt to taste.
- Add water and let it cook for 10 minutes. Then add the cabbage and let it cook for another 5 minutes. Turn off the fire and add the green smell. Serve it hot.
