  • Salt1 to taste
  • Cabbage (bundle)2 unit(s)
  • Green and hot smell1 to taste
  • Garlic1 tablespoon
  • Onion (medium)1 unit(s)
  1. Put the potatoes to cook with salt after cooked, let them cool a little, put them in a blender with the potato broth, beat everything and set aside.
  2. Cut the bacon and pepperoni sausage into cubes and give them a boil, throw the water away and wash with running water.
  3. Take a pan put it to heat add the bacon to fry after the fried bacon remembering that you don't need oil put the pepperoni sausage to brown together.
  4. Then add garlic and onion and seasonings. When the onion is soft, add the beaten potato and stir until all the flavors are incorporated.
  5. Then let it boil for 2 minutes, add the salt and add the cabbage and the green smell and the heat, finally stir well and turn off the heat and cover the pan with heat, the cabbage will cook.
  6. Then it's ready to enjoy with a toast.
