- sliced potato2 kg

- salt1 tablespoon
- beef broth1 unit(s)
- sliced kale4 unit(s)
- garlic3 unit(s)
- oil1 tablespoon
- cook the potatoes with water and salt until they are soft
- Once cooked, squeeze the potato in the same water it was cooked in.
- Add the sausages cut into cubes and add the beef stock and cook for 10 minutes.
- Add the sliced kale and cook for another 5 minutes.
- Sauté the garlic with oil in a skillet and throw it into the soup pot. Mix well. Let it boil for another 5 minutes. serve next
