  • Bacon100 g
  • Potatoes1 kg
  • Water2 l
  • Salt1 tablespoon
  • Olive oil1 tablespoon
  • Grated Garlic1 tablespoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  1. Place the water, salt and potatoes cut into cubes in a pan and cook over medium heat until well cooked.
  2. Put the cooked potato and the cooking water in the blender and blend well until you get a homogeneous puree. Reserve.
  3. In another pan put the olive oil and bacon, lead to low fire and lightly fry. Add the pepperoni sausage, mixed sausage and grated onion.
  4. Leave it in the fire until it braises very well. Add the garlic and brown a little more. Add the finely sliced ​​kale, and sauté for 1 minute.
  5. Add the potato broth obtained in the blender, mix well, adjust the salt, add the black pepper, and let it boil for another 2-3 minutes.
  6. Serve this delicious green broth very warm!
