  1. Peel the potatoes and cut into smaller pieces. Cook in salted water until they soften well.
  2. Drain the water and mash the potatoes with a fork or use a juicer.
  3. Reserve.
  4. In a large casserole, heat the oil and fry the onion and garlic.
  5. Add the sliced ​​pepperoni and chopped bacon, frying until golden.
  6. Add the ribs and sauté briefly.
  7. Bring the water to boil and mix.
  8. Add the mashed potatoes and leave to cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  9. Chop the cabbage into very fine strips and add to the boil.
