- In a large pan, place the chopped pepperoni sausage, fry until golden and remove from the pan. In the same pan with the fat, add the chopped onion, chopped garlic and sauté until lightly golden.
- Now in a pan, over medium heat, place the water, chicken broth and cut potatoes and cook for 15 minutes or until softened. As soon as it's soft, turn off the fire
- Place the potatoes and broth in a blender. And beat for another 5 minutes if you need to add more water.
- I returned with the broth to the pan along with the sausage and the onion and the golden garlic. And I let it boil. I added chopped cabbage leaves and let the cabbage cook very quickly and turned it off and served with bread
