  • Bacon120 g
  • Salt10 g
  • Chives5 g
  • Onion cream75 g
  • Chicken broth25 g
  1. Peel 4 kg of potato and cook with 25 grams of chicken stock for 25 minutes. Then, hit the blender and set aside. Fry 120 grams of bacon and 320 grams of sausage. Add 75 grams of onion cream and sauté. Let the onion cream brown and add the 4 kg of beaten potato. After that, let it boil. Add 400 grams of chopped cabbage and ten grams of salt. Serve in bowls, adding toast.
