Cabbage Leaf2 unit(s)
medium chopped zucchini1 unit(s)
Chopped green beans1 cup
Medium onion1 unit(s)
Minced Garlic Clove4 unit(s)
Chopped Parsley to taste
Thyme sprig1 unit(s)
Oregano1 teaspoon
Salt and pepper to taste
Olive oil2 tablespoon

Saute onion and garlic in oil. Add the vegetables together with the other ingredients in 1/2 of water. If it gets too thick, add water little by little until you reach the point
Wait 15 to 20 minutes for cooking and mix everything in the blender. Drizzle with olive oil and serve with toast.
