  1. Cut the English potato into cubes, place in a pan, add water and cook until soft, drain the potato cooking water in a bowl and separate the potato in another bowl.
  2. Take a pan and add the smoked pepperoni in cubes, the olive oil and take it to the fire to fry, when it's fried, put the chopped onion and the crushed garlic, mix a little and finally add the chopped cabbage and sauté a little more turn off the fire and book.
  3. Take a blender add the potatoes that were reserved and 1 cup of the water from the cooking of the potatoes that was also reserved, a cabbage leaf and beat until it is homogeneous.
  4. Transfer the juice from the blender to the pan with the pepperoni and the sauteed greens, add salt to taste and stir well and let it cook for another 8 minutes, always stirring.
  5. Turn off the heat and serve.
