- Chopped Onion1/2 unit(s)
- Minced Garlic Cloves2 unit(s)
- Pepperoni sausage1 unit(s)
- Chopped Kale1 cup
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Olive oil1 tablespoon
- In a pressure cooker, heat the oil and sauté the onion and garlic.
- Add the peeled and cubed potatoes, the water and cover the pan. Let it cook under pressure for 10 minutes.
- Blend everything in a blender and return to the pan.
- Add the chopped sausage and let it cook for 5 minutes.
- Put the salt and pepper. Add the cabbage and cook for another 5 minutes on low heat.
