- Grated Mozzarella200 g
- Chicken broth1.1/2 l
- White wine1/2 cup
- Butter1 tablespoon
- Olive oil1 tablespoon
- Maizena3 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- White pepper to taste
- Put the butter and oil in a pan
- Add the onion (cut into strips), sauté well
- Let it brown for 15 minutes, until golden in color.
- Season with salt and white pepper
- Add half a cup of white wine tea and let it reduce
- After reducing the wine, add the diluted cornstarch and mix
- Add 1 and a half liters of chicken broth and let it cook for 10 minutes (until the broth thickens)
- Turn off the pan, add the grated mozzarella mix quickly green scent to decorate
