- Cut the jilos and soak in salted water (03 spoons) for 20 minutes.
- Then beat the jilos in the blender with 01 cup of water and reserve
- Saute the minced garlic with the bacon.
- Pour in the eggplant broth and let it simmer. If necessary, adjust salt and pepper if desired.
