- Recipe
- Ground beef500 g
- Eggs5 to taste
- Chopped tomato1 to taste
- Onion1 to taste
- Chopped Pepper1 to taste
- Chopped chili pepper2 to taste
- 2 cloves crushed garlic1 to taste
- Oil1 tablespoon
- Salt1 to taste
- White fine cassava flour1 cup
- Green smell (coriander and onion)1 to taste
- Season the ground beef as usual with dry seasonings to your liking. Reserve.
- Put the oil to heat and brown the garlic, as soon as it browns, add the ground beef, stir well and let it fry until it gets dry.
- Once it has dried and well sautéed, add the chopped vegetables. Stir well and let it cook for a while until the vegetables are wilted.
- When wilted, add water to the middle of the pan, bring to a boil.
- While it doesn't boil, take the flour and moisten the flour inside the cup.
- As soon as it boils, add the green smell, stir and gradually add the flour, stirring constantly until the broth thickens.
- As soon as the broth thickens, while it is still boiling, break the eggs into the broth, but do not stir, otherwise it may fall apart. Put the fire on medium.
- As soon as you see that the eggs are cooked, take a spatula and turn carefully so as not to break the yolk.
- When the eggs are cooked, turn off the heat and serve.
- Note: The amount of eggs is up to your taste, as I love eggs in the broth I always put 5 or 6. This broth is great on cold days and is a beauty to cure a hangover, lol.
