- Peel and cut the carrot and chayote into small cubes and steam (cook in a couscous pan).
- Cook the corn and cut with a knife removing the kernels from the cob. (If you want, you can take the raw corn off the cob and steam it together with the carrots and chayote).
- Crush the garlic and cut all the other ingredients into very small pieces.
- In a skillet, sauté the onion, garlic and oil.
- Add the peppers, corn, carrots, chayote and tomato, salt and let it sauté a little.
