  1. Peel and cut the carrot and chayote into small cubes and steam (cook in a couscous pan).
  2. Cook the corn and cut with a knife removing the kernels from the cob. (If you want, you can take the raw corn off the cob and steam it together with the carrots and chayote).
  3. Crush the garlic and cut all the other ingredients into very small pieces.
  4. In a skillet, sauté the onion, garlic and oil.
  5. Add the peppers, corn, carrots, chayote and tomato, salt and let it sauté a little.
  6. Finish with chives.
