- Water600 ml
- Peel the potatoes and carrots and cut into large pieces.
- Put the water in a pan and add the vegetables and salt, put it to cook.
- After cooked, put the vegetables in the blender and add half of the cooking water, beat.
- Place in a pan and bring to a boil.
- The part cut the sausage and fry, Set aside.
- When the soup is starting to boil, see how you want it, if you want cream you can add the other ingredients, if you want it thinner add the rest of the cooking water.
- Chosen the thickness, add the cabbage, the preaching and the paprika. When it boils, check the salt and all the seasonings.
- Finally add the pepperoni cruttons and leave for another 10 minutes.
- Turn off the heat and let it cool for 5 minutes. Place in the serving dish and add slices of bread with olive oil and oregano.
