Ingredients

• Cooked and shredded chicken drumstick | 1 cup
• White rice | 2/3 cup
• Potato cut into small cubes | 1 cup
• Diced carrots | 1/3 cup
• Homemade chicken stock | 2 l
• Chopped Onion | 1/3 cup
• Chopped Garlic | 1 teaspoon
• Green Spice |  to taste
• Sea Salt |  to taste
• Olive oil | 1 tablespoon

Recipe

1. In a pressure cooker, heat the oil and brown the onion and garlic.
2. Add the hot chicken broth, rice, potatoes, carrots and salt and mix.
3. Close the pressure cooker and let it cook for 5 minutes after getting pressure.
4. Remove the pressure from the pan, add the chicken and mix. Adjust the salt and finish with the green seasoning.
