- Beef mocotó1 kg
- Water2 l
- Large chopped onion1 unit(s)
- Minced garlic4 unit(s)
- Tomato2 unit(s)
- Salt and pepper to taste to taste
- Green smell to taste
- 1/2 Heavy cream to taste
- In a pressure cooker, place the beef mocotó and cover with water. Cook for about 1 hour after coming to pressure.
- Remove the mocotó, shred the meat and set aside. In the same pan, sauté the onion and garlic until golden.
- Add the tomato and sauté for a few more minutes. Add the shredded mocotó back to the pan.
- Season with salt, pepper and green chillies to taste. Let it cook for another 30 minutes over low heat.
- If you want a creamier texture, add the Heavy cream and mix well.
- Serve hot, accompanied by pepper and more green chillies, if desired.
