Cream of Potatoes on Bread

- Onion1/2 unit(s)
- Garlic Clove1 unit(s)

- Green Spice to taste
- Salt to taste
- Cook the potatoes and then mash them as a puree.
- Then add 1/2 cup of water to the mashed potato.
- Heat until the cream starts to bubble.
- Saute onion and garlic in olive oil and add to cream
- Finish with the seasonings and grated cheese.
