Cornmeal

Corte a carne em pedaços e tempere com sal. 

Cut the meat into pieces and season with salt.

Em uma panela de pressão  adicione óleo,cebola picada, e o alho mexa.

In a pressure cooker add oil, chopped onion, and garlic stir.

Depois adicione a carne,água deixe cozinhar por 15 minutos. 

Then add the meat, water and cook for 15 minutes.

Em outra panela adicione o fubá com água e leva para cozinha, mexa sem parar até começar em grossa. 

In another pan add the cornmeal with water and take it to the kitchen, stir constantly until it starts to thicken.

Depois adicione a carne com o caldo; e a Folha de couve picada na panela aonde está o fubá .mexa para misturar bem e pronto. 

Then add the meat with the broth; and the chopped cabbage leaf in the pan where the cornmeal is. Stir to mix well and that's it.
