- Cooked and drained red beans400 g
- Ground beef400 g
- Chopped garlic and onion to taste
- Chopped Peeled Tomatoes1 can(s)
- Chopped red pepper1 unit(s)
- Chilli Powder1 coffee spoon
- Cayenna Pepper to taste
- Bacon and chopped bacon200 g
- In a pan, add oil and sauté the garlic and onion. Add the ground beef, bacon, paio, salt, black pepper, chopped pepper and sauté until everything is cooked.
- Add the red beans already cooked, the peeled tomato with broth and everything and the other seasonings. Let it cook, stirring occasionally, until it thickens.
- Serve in a soup bowl and decorate as you like.
