- Yakisoba Noodles200 g
- Soy Sauce100 ml
- Water200 ml
- Corn Starch1 tablespoon
- Chives to taste
- Sesame to taste
- Cook the carrot and reserve;
- Heat a large skillet, add a little oil and brown the chicken;
- Add the carrot and onion;
- When the onion becomes transparent, sprinkle the brown sugar and mix well;
- Include the green and red peppers.
- Cook the pasta in boiling water according to package directions, 3 minutes to go. towards the end of cooking, add the broccoli to the pasta.
- In a container mix the soy sauce, the water and the cornstarch then add this mixture to the chicken with vegetables and let it reduce.
