- In a pan, cook the quail eggs and set aside.
- Clean the chicken with vinegar, then place it in a pressure cooker along with the other ingredients and the vegetables. Stir to stir and then add the rice and water.
- Cover the pan and when you get pressure count for 15 minutes, turn off the pan, take off the pressure and add the peeled quail eggs.
