  1. Clean the chicken pieces, leave them in boiling water for a few minutes with a little vinegar (I like to boil them before seasoning). Season the chicken to your liking. Sauté the chicken and add water and let it cook until it is very soft. After the chicken is cooked, add the cornmeal (I like to dissolve it in water before putting it in the pan to avoid lumps) I let it thicken a little and add the chives and parsley. Okay, just serve.
