  • Watercress to taste
  • Potato500 g
  1. Sauté the onion, garlic, carrot, chicken carcass, red pepper and girl's finger pepper (all of them cut into brunoise, that is, in very small cubes) add a pinch of salt, all in the pan of even pressure.
  2. After sautéing, add half a glass of water (you can also use white or red wine just for fun 😉) to make a deglaze, that is, you will scrape the bottom of the pan because it has a LOT of flavor.
  3. After everything is sautéed and deglazed, add the potatoes cut into medium cubes and season with the chili powder, coloral, sweet paprika and salt and stir a little more.
  4. Add water until all other ingredients are covered. At least 2 fingers above everything
  5. Adjust the salt and black pepper if necessary and let it cook for about 40 minutes after it gets pressure.
  6. Add the seasoned watercress on top (it can be a memo chumasso, go without mercy. You can eat it with the watercress over the soup, or mix it with it, no problem) then my dear just run for the hug.
  7. TIP: A French roll serves as an excellent accompaniment to give that "chunchada" that everyone likes😉. And if you don't have all those chili powder, no problem, just black pepper is enough.
  8. ANOTHER TIP: You can take that rice of yours that was left over from the day before and throw it into the soup before getting pressure, it's wonderful too. And you can also decide whether or not you want to leave the carcass inside the soup, I particularly left it to get the taste of the chicken.
