- Chicken breast1/2 unit(s)
- Aipim1/2 kg
- Onion1 unit(s)
- Garlic Clove3 unit(s)
- Green Spice to taste
- Cumin1 teaspoon
- Saffron1 teaspoon
- Salt1 coffee spoon
- Olive oil to taste
- Cut the chicken into small pieces.
- In the pressure cooker, add onion, garlic and a drizzle of olive oil, sauté and add the other seasonings.
- Place the chicken, sauté for approximately 5 minutes and add the cassava. Cover with water.
- When the pressure cooker comes on, leave it for 15 minutes, turn it off and let the pressure come out naturally.
- Blend the cassava with the chicken broth in a blender.
- Shred the chicken and mix everything together.
- If necessary add more salt.
