Parsley and chives
1-Wash your chicken with vinegar and then remove all the vinegar with water (it helps to remove the rancid taste)
Cut the chicken into small pieces, place in a pressure cooker, with a little salt and cover with water, leave for 25 minutes or until it is falling apart.
2- reserve the water from the pressure cooker and separate the chicken and leave it well shredded. Separate a pan, put bacon in pieces and pepperoni and then sauté the chicken with saffron
3- cook the cassava in the pressure cooker for 20 minutes or until it gets very soft. Place all the cassava in the blender, with the reserved chicken water, blend until everything is liquid and homogeneous. If the chicken water is not enough, also use the cassava water
Throw all the juice from the blender into the pan with the chicken, bacon and pepperoni. Add corn, parsley and chives and salt. Let it boil and it's ready ❤️
