- I cook the chicken breast, after it is cooked, reserve the broth, shred it later
- Then cook the cassava, leave for 5 minutes, after cooking, cut into small pieces to put in the blender, beat for 3 minutes
- In a pan over medium heat, add the oil and let it heat up, add the onion and garlic to sauté, add the food coloring
- After sautéed, add the shredded breast, along with the mixture beaten in the blender, stir so you don't wait, let it cook for 10 minutes and it's ready.
