- Cook the cassava with salt. Then hit the blender with the manioc water, then pass it through a sieve and set aside.
- In a pan, sauté the garlic, onion with a little oil.
- Then add the cream beaten in the sauté, and break 5 eggs into the pan; let it cook for 7 minutes and then add the chives, sazon stir.
