- Garlic3 unit(s)
- Oil1 to taste
- Minced meat2 cup
- Green spice1 to taste
- Salt1 to taste
- Dye1 to taste
- Tomato1 unit(s)
- Water1 to taste
- In a deep pan put the oil to sauté the meat
- After the braised meat put the onion, garlic, salt and mix then put the dye and the tomato with green topping
- When everything is well braised, put the cassava and mix well then just add water until it covers all the cassava
- Cover the pan and let it cook when the cassava is in and the meat is soft and the thick broth will be ready for the soup if you want to sprinkle tepero verde on top
