Crushed garlic cloves2 unit(s)
Medium onion cut into cubes1 unit(s)
Chicken fillets cut into cubes2 unit(s)
Cassava1/2 kg
Chopped leek1 cup
Hot filtered water5 cup
Olive oil1 tablespoon
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
Green Smell to taste
Grated Parmesan (for garnish) to taste

Sauté the chicken in the olive oil, garlic and onion until golden.
Add the manioc, leek, hot water, salt and pepper.
Let it cook in the pressure cooker for approximately 15 minutes on medium heat.
Once cooked, transfer to the blender and beat the ingredients in the blender (just pulse the blender, leave some pieces of the chicken and vegetables).
Return to the pan and let it boil until it thickens and gives a broth point.
Serve hot and garnish with grated parmesan and parsley on the plate.
