Mandioquinha in cubes700 g
Onion1 unit(s)
Garlic1 teaspoon
Salt and pepper0 to taste
Water to cook the cassava1 l
Chopped smoked pepperoni150 g
Green smell0 to taste
Oil2 tablespoon

Heat the oil and sauté the garlic and onion, add the mandioquinha and water, season with a little salt - cover and let it cook until it is very soft (add more water if necessary).
Transfer to a blender and blend until smooth and set aside.
Brown the sausage in another pan and add the mandioquinha cream, stir well to get all the smoked flavor of the sausage - finish with green smell and serve warm,
