  • Cooked rib300 g
  • Minced garlic3 unit(s)
  • Chopped Onion1 unit(s)
  • Black pepper and salt1 to taste
  • Hot water1 l
  • Beef broth1 unit(s)
  • Chopped Parsley1 tablespoon
  • Grated cheese and bread1 to taste
  1. Put the cassava in pressure and let it cook for about 10 minutes. Then put them in a blender and blend. If necessary, add more water when blending.
  2. Then I put the rib in pressure, the garlic seasonings, salt, kingdom pepper and half an onion. I put a cup of water and took it to cook for 20 minutes.
  3. As soon as the ribs are cooked, remove the pressure and shred with a fork.
  4. Then I put the cassava broth and the shredded rib and let it boil for a few minutes. I added chopped parsley and turned off the heat. And then just serve with bread and grated cheese
