  • Boiled Cassava | 1 kg
  • Chopped pepperoni | 1 unit(s)
  • Chopped Onion | 1 unit(s)
  • Garlic | 1 unit(s)
  • Salt, black pepper and chopped parsley | 1 to taste
  • Hot water | 500 ml

Recipe

  1. I started by cooking the cassava. In the pressure cooker with water. And I booked
  2. Now in a pan put the oil and the chopped pepperoni and fry a little. Then I added the chopped garlic and onion and let it fry a little longer.
  3. In the blender I put the cooked cassava and 500 ml of hot water and beat until the broth was very smooth.
  4. I put the broth next to the sausage stew and mixed well. I put the salt, kingdom pepper and chopped parsley and let it boil for another 5 minutes.
  5. Then just serve this delicious cassava broth with sausage
