- Coriander to taste
- Saffron1 coffee spoon
- Cook the sliced and peeled manioc with 1 clove of garlic and 1 sliced onion all together When it's cooked, hit the blender until it's a cream.
- In the pressure cooker, cook the chicken for approximately 20 minutes, shred the chicken. In an oil pan, place the onion and garlic and fry until golden, then place the shredded chicken and fry for about 5 minutes, add saffron salt and finish with cilantro.
- In a pan put the mandioquinha cream and the chicken. Add salt if necessary Let it boil for about 5 minutes and it's ready
