Cassava1 kg
Pepperoni1 unit(s)
Bacon100 g
Coriander1 tablespoon
Onion1 unit(s)
Garlic1 unit(s)
Salt to taste
Bahia seasoning to taste

Put the cassava in the kitchen for about 30 minutes.
Grate the pepperoni, cut the bacon into cubes.
Put everything together in a pan with the other ingredients sauté, set aside.
Transfer the cooked cassava to the blender with the water from the cooking itself, beating until a homogeneous consistency is obtained.
Add the rest of the ingredients and bring to a boil over low heat. After that, turn off the heat and serve.
