  • Pepperoni2 unit(s)
  • Cabbage600 g
  • Cassava1 kg
  • Tomato2 unit(s)
  • Onion1 unit(s)
  • Garlic4 unit(s)
  • Salt1 to taste
  • Green Smell1 to taste
  • Seasonings1 to taste
  1. Cook the cassava with salt until almost falling apart, set aside along with the broth.
  2. In a pan put the bacon, pepperoni and fry well, don't put oil because the bacon releases a lot of fat, add the onion and garlic and let it fry a little longer, add the tomato and cabbage and add the seasonings to taste.
  3. In 1 blender, beat the cassava together with the broth and add to the pan, stir well to incorporate everything, finish with the green smell.
  4. You can serve it with toast, as a campfire, a great recipe for the cold
