  • Cassava1 kg
  • Water2 l
  • Diced Bacon200 g
  • Sliced Pepperoni200 g
  • Crushed garlic2 tablespoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Saffron to taste
  • Green Smell to taste
  • Chopped Onion to taste
  1. In the pressure cooker, add the bacon and pepperoni and let it fry.
  2. Then add the onion and garlic. Fry some more and add the saffron.
  3. Now add the already chopped cassava, water and salt.
  4. Leave on pressure for 30 minutes. Then open the pan and mash the cassava a little with a potato masher or mixer.
  5. Now just add the green smell and enjoy.
