  • Picanha broth2 unit(s)
  • salt to taste
  • crushed garlic4 unit(s)
  1. Fry the bacon with a little oil, the pepperoni, onion, the seasoning and the picanha broth and add 2 liters of water and the manioc.
  2. When the cassava is cooked, turn off the heat and mix everything in the blender and return everything to a large pan and bring to the fire and grate until it reaches the thinnest consistency. The green smell is only placed in the preference of each one.
