- Boiled Cassava1 kg
- Bacon strips (box)1 unit(s)
- Crushed garlic cloves2 unit(s)
- Olive oil1 tablespoon
- Filtered water3 cup
- Chives to taste
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Blend the cooked cassava in a blender with 1 cup of water and set aside.
- In a pan, sauté the garlic and bacon, then add the manioc beaten in the blender and the rest of the filtered water.
- Add salt and pepper and let it boil until it thickens and reaches the point of broth.
- Garnish with chives and serve hot.
