  • Boiled Cassava1 kg
  • Bacon strips (box)1 unit(s)
  • Crushed garlic cloves2 unit(s)
  • Olive oil1 tablespoon
  • Filtered water3 cup
  • Chives to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  1. Blend the cooked cassava in a blender with 1 cup of water and set aside.
  2. In a pan, sauté the garlic and bacon, then add the manioc beaten in the blender and the rest of the filtered water.
  3. Add salt and pepper and let it boil until it thickens and reaches the point of broth.
  4. Garnish with chives and serve hot.
