- Large pepperoni cut into slices2 unit(s)
- Crushed garlic6 unit(s)
- Large chopped onion2 unit(s)
- Seedless tomatoes2 unit(s)
- Chives to taste
- Coriander to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Chicken broth (tablito)2 unit(s)
- In a deep pan, place the cassava, chicken stock, cover with water and cook for 20 minutes with the pan covered.
- Add the chopped pepperoni and let it cook for another 5 minutes with another cup of water or until the cassava is soft
- Reserve the pepperoni. Place the cassava with the broth in the blender and blend until a homogeneous cream is formed.
- If it's too thick, add a little more water. In a pan add the olive oil, garlic and onion.
- After browning, add the tomato and cassava cream. pepper and other ingredients.
- Check if the salt is good, if not add a little more
- If the cream is too thick for your taste, add another cup or two of water.
- Add the pepperoni and more green seasoning. Serve it hot.
