  • Bacon300 g
  • Paio sausage1 unit(s)
  • Water1 l
  • Grated Parmesan to taste
  1. In a pressure cooker, add the manioc, a spoon of salt, the Ana Maria seasoning, the vegetable broth and water, cook for 20 minutes under pressure.
  2. Chop the bacon and the paio in cubes, grate the onion, sauté and reserve.
  3. Remove the cooking water and reserve, with a mixer, grind the cooked manioc and add the water.
  4. Mix the sautéed ingredients, a spoon of salt and the green smell and let it boil, always stirring so it doesn't burn. Serve with sprinkled Parmesan cheese.
